Cancellation Policy
- 50% refund if the booking is cancelled 7–15 days prior to arrival.
- No refund if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
- Bookings made for the period 23rd December to 3rd January are non-refundable and non-amendable.
- Any last-minute reduction in the number of rooms, room nights, or guests will be charged in full (retention charges apply).
- 100% refund if the booking is cancelled more than 15 days prior to arrival.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be issued by cheque within one month.
